Seeing people build what they want brings me joy

Over the last quarters of 2025, I organised several consulting engagements for both technical and non-technical people. And I realised something: it brings me real joy to empower people and then see them being able to bring their ideas to life. There's something magical that happens when someone who thought they couldn't build software suddenly creates something real.

This is why I created Vibecamp.

Software Development is Accessible to Everyone

It doesn't matter anymore what your background is. You can all build and transform your ideas into real products.

Of course, we have different focuses. Technical people might focus on performance, architecture, and optimisation. Non-technical people might focus on business value or user experience. But here's the thing, both perspectives matter. And now, both can contribute directly to building software.

AI has fundamentally changed this. The tools exist now, Cursor, AI coding assistants, agents that understand context and intent. The barrier isn't technical anymore. It's about knowing how to communicate with AI, how to structure your thinking, and how to work alongside these powerful but unpredictable tools.

When non-technical professionals can build real software, something profound happens. Ideas flow directly into working code. Silos between technical and non-technical teams dissolve. Innovation happens faster because more people can contribute. Teams ship together, not in handoffs

AI isn't replacing developers, it's democratising development. It's creating a new layer where anyone with vision and clarity can contribute meaningfully to building software.

AI works best when you use it hands-on

Vibecamp exists to bridge the gap between "I have an idea" and "I built this." We go beyond tools—we work with you on a new way of thinking about software creation, one where collaboration between humans and AI is natural, where technical and non-technical team members work on the same codebase, and where building software becomes as accessible as writing a document.

Our consulting is hands-on because I believe you get the most out of AI by doing, not by reading. You can't understand what's possible until you've built something real. You can't develop the intuition for working with AI until you've experienced its capabilities and limitations firsthand.

The Next Steps

I'm going to continue consulting. I'll post tips and tricks to help you build better with AI. And I have many more ideas coming to my mind.

I want people who think about something to be able to ship it. That's my goal. If you have an idea, you should be able to turn it into reality. No matter your background. No matter your technical skills.

Seeing people build what they want brings me joy. And I believe everyone should have that opportunity.

That's why Vibecamp exists.
